Jason Sheplak has amassed a broad range of technical expertise (20+ years in Aerospace/Defense and Commercial), spanning from Silicon Processing to the Design, Verification, and Implementation of Digital ASICs. He is a currently a member of the DSP/FEC Group of EFFECT Photonics (Cleveland, OH), where he serves as the Group’s Technical Lead for “all things related to Digital ASIC Implementation (RTL->GDS)”. He is also responsible for the Group’s CAD Infrastructure, where he leverages his years of first-hand experiences to identify, deploy and manage the EDA HW/SW environment for the EFFECT ASIC Team. He holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management.
Varun Shah
Product Management, Principal

Varun Shah is on the product management team for 金莲直播 Cloud. He is responsible for product engineering and product roadmaps. Prior to joining the cloud team, Varun was an application engineer supporting verification software for over 10 years. Varun holds a master's degree in Electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and is a certified Product Management professional from the Kellogg School of Management.
